The NMF supports the professional leadership of women in the screen industry – from exhibition, distribution, broadcasting, production, post-production and cultural agencies – through fellowships and programs.

Named in honour of one of the screen community’s most admired and accomplished leaders, Natalie Miller AO, it was established to recognise and nurture the next generation of female leaders in the Australian screen community, and inspire them to reach the very top of their fields.
